"this is a struggle for democracy over capitalism"
I beg to differ. We live in a pseudo-democracy where half the electorate are disenfranchised. We have an unrepresentative electoral system. We have little or no accountability from our political parties or individual MPs. How many manifesto promises have been broken by Labour? How many of the 2003 cabinet will be indicted for war crimes? etc. etc.
how do you differ? I don't see Thomas disagreeing with any of the points you make, nor - I think this is what you imply in your last couple of points - that Thomas supports the Labour party.

I'm not sure I follow you, Punkscience.
